They provided excellent advice on things to do and see in the area. The spa services were relaxing, and the discounts offered were appreciated. The swimming pool was warm and inviting, especially after a long day of hiking. The breakfast spread was extensive and had something for everyone.
The carpeting in the corridors appeared worn and could use replacement. the location was a bit of a walk from the town center, but this was balanced by the tranquility and peacefulness of the hotel's hilltop location.

The rooms were very nice and cosy, and the staff was highly supportive and helpful with everything. The food at the hotel was excellent, and the breakfast in particular was great. the hotel had a nice swimming pool and a small gym, which were added bonuses.
The gym could be renovated as it was a bit old, and the bathroom had a leak.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, giving me good suggestions on things to do. The hotel was very clean and modern, with great facilities including a gym and swimming pool. The location was perfect, right next to the lake and close to the city center. The breakfast was also very good with a variety of options from different cultures.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

We had an amazing time at a hotel in Sapa. The staff were incredibly caring and made us feel like family. One of the girls from the lobby even lent me her motorbike so I could practice before renting one. The hot swimming pool was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and cozy atmosphere.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers modern amenities and is close to the lake and attractions. the rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and great showers. the buffet breakfast has a variety of choices to satisfy any traveler. the staff is exceptional and always willing to help with any requests. Facilities like the hot swimming pool and gym adds a charm to the hotel experience.
Although the hotel has good amenities, some furniture in the rooms is old and worn out.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, even offering us a free room after we checked out so we could shower before leaving the city. the breakfast was excellent, with a variety of fresh fruit juices and homemade bread. We also enjoyed the location, which was close to the center but still quiet enough to get a good night's sleep.
The hotel was a bit farther from the center than we had anticipated, about a 10-minute walk, which may not be ideal for some travelers. our experience at this hotel during Thanksgiving was great!
